Toliets are available inside the castle, with accessible toliets
in the car park.
A RADAR key is available from castle reception during opening hours.
The audio tour of the castle can be used in the towers or at ground
level. Tapes describing the site for visitors with visual impairments
and for visitors with learning difficulties are available. Induction
loops are provided on request for use with the audio tour.
Caldicot Castle's courtyard and lawns offer level access with areas of
paving and hard standing. Towers have spiral staircases and some doorways
are narrow.
Some seating is available in the grounds and towers.
Staff are happy to advise on access prior to or during a visit.
